From the heart of Uruguay to your table, Polanco® Siberian Reserve is an elegant and balanced caviar, sourced from sturgeon raised 100% naturally in the pristine waters of the Río Negro. This product stands out for its delicate profile, smooth texture, and long-lasting flavor that combines marine notes with hints of nut and fresh butter.
Each tin contains hand-selected eggs ranging in color from grey to dark brown, with a diameter between 2.6 and 2.8 mm. Thanks to our artisanal and controlled maturation process, we deliver a caviar with a distinct character—ideal both for pure tasting and for enhancing gourmet culinary creations.
This caviar comes exclusively from mother tins, ensuring full traceability, maturation, and respect for the traditional caviar-making heritage.
